ClearlyFound is run by one person. This page explains exactly what happens to any information you give me. It is written to be read, not to protect me from you.
If you fill in the form on this site, I receive whatever you type into it:
That is the entire list. There is no account to create, no password, and I never ask for payment details through this website.
I use it to research what AI assistants say about your business and to email you the results. That is the only reason it exists.
I will never add you to a mailing list, send you a newsletter, or sell, rent or share your information with anyone. There is no list to be added to.
Form submissions are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase. Only I can read them. The database is configured so that visitors to this site can add a submission but cannot read, change or delete anything, including their own.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare. Both may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, as part of running the internet. I do not have access to those logs and do not use them.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. I do not know who visits, how many people visit, or where they came from.
The only external resources this site loads are fonts from Google Fonts, which is how the typefaces on the page render.
I keep inquiries and audit records for as long as they are useful, and I delete anything I no longer need. If you ask me to delete your information, I will delete it and confirm when it is done.
Email me at bailey@clearlyfound.co at any time to:
I will respond, and I will not ask you why.
This service is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. I will not make a change that applies retroactively to information you have already given me.
Questions about any of this go to bailey@clearlyfound.co.
