Plain language, because the whole point of this service is that plain language matters.
I research what AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude currently say about your business. I record their answers, identify anything that is wrong or contradicts your own published information, and trace where those answers appear to be coming from. You receive a written report, a short video walkthrough, and specific corrections you can make yourself.
This is the important part.
Anyone who promises you rankings or recommendations inside an AI assistant is guessing.
Your business name, your website, and an email address. That is all. I never need logins, passwords or access to your website, your hosting, or any directory account. If anyone asks you for those in my name, it is not me.
Audits are $400, one time. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
You see the finished report before you pay anything. I send a Stripe invoice afterwards. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice.
If the audit turns up fewer than three real problems, you owe nothing and you keep the report.
A "real problem" means something specific and demonstrable: an assistant stating a fact about your business that contradicts your own published information, a listing that disagrees with your site, or a product or price attributed to you that you do not offer. Matters of tone, style or opinion do not count. I decide this in good faith and I will explain my reasoning in the report.
I tell you what is wrong and what it should say. Making the change is up to you or whoever maintains your site and listings. I do not make changes on your behalf, and I am not responsible for changes you make.
Audits are delivered within a week of me starting, and I take on six a month. If I cannot fit you in, I will tell you before you pay anything.

The report is yours. You can share it, forward it, or act on it however you like.
I may refer to anonymized findings publicly, for example "one wedding photographer's listing was $1,000 below their own site." I will never name you, your business, or publish anything identifying without asking you first and getting a yes.
I do this work carefully and by hand, but AI systems are unpredictable and third-party directories change without warning. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid me. I am not liable for lost business, lost bookings, or decisions you make based on the report.
If you change your mind before I have started, tell me and that is the end of it, with nothing owed. If I cannot complete an audit for any reason, you owe nothing.
